Our clients were two minors involved in a crash with a driver who was test driving a vehicle and ran a red light, causing a T-bone collision. The owner of the at-fault vehicle initially disputed liability for the accident, claiming there was no proof of the traffic light colors at the intersection. We assisted the minors and their family in the collection of crash data, accident scene photographs, and sworn eye witness statements to support their story of the accident. Shortly thereafter, the insurance company for the car dealership agreed to pay our clients the sum of $300,000.00.
