Edward Jimenez, Esq. - Attorney

Edward Jimenez leads the firm’s practice as it’s founding member. His career is focus is consumer advocacy, with an emphasis on representing citizens across the entire State of Florida who are wronged by those of higher standing (corporate status, influence, finance, etc.). This typically results in pursuits against multi-million or multi-billion dollar corporations. Edward has collected over $10,000,000.00 for his clients in such cases across county, circuit, appellate, and federal courts.

Using aggressive approaches, knowledgeable and experienced representation, and outside-the-box solutions, Edward assists consumers in overcoming the often imbalanced power dynamics between consumers and corporations. Through many years of success in these endeavors, he knows the formula for maximizing his clients’ results.

Edward is a life-long Floridian who attended the University of Miami for a bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy before obtaining his law degree from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. He is a frequent participant in community affairs and local business networking groups.

Anna Yengibaryan, Esq. - Attorney

Anna Yengibaryan dedicates her legal practice to civil litigation, including First Party Property Insurance Disputes, where she advocates for property owners against large national insurance corporations.

Anna began her legal career as a prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office. As a prosecutor, Anna advocated on behalf of thousands of victims throughout the community and tried over 20 jury and non-jury trials, serving as lead counsel on more than 15 jury trials. Anna was quickly promoted to the Miami-Dade County’s Human Trafficking specialized unit where she prosecuted hundreds of violent first-degree felonies while advocating on behalf of countless victims of violence and human trafficking.

After passionately serving her community as a prosecutor, Anna took her passion and dedication as a legal advocate to fighting for people who were wronged and taken advantage of by their insurance companies. As a result, Anna has secured hundreds of thousands of dollars in settlements and countless victories on behalf of her clients. Anna is a member of the Florida Bar Association and is licensed to practice in all Florida circuit and county courts.

Nirva Nonord - Paralegal

Nirva Nonord is a highly skilled and detail-oriented paralegal with a strong foundation in legal research, document management, and case coordination. With five years of experience in the legal field, Nirva has demonstrated an exceptional ability to support attorneys and clients in a wide range of legal matters. Her comprehensive knowledge of legal procedures, combined with her meticulous approach to case analysis, ensures that all aspects of a case are thoroughly reviewed and organized.

Known for her dedication and work ethic, Nirva approaches every task with a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to delivering results. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminology with a minor in English from the University of Miami and a masters degree in public administration with a certification in Nonprofit Leadership from Florida State University, which highlights her ongoing commitment to her professional growth and development. Nirva’s ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to the evolving legal landscape, and contribute to a collaborative team environment makes her an invaluable asset to Jimenez Legal.

Amy Hila - Paralegal

With a bachelor’s degree in political science, Amy leverages her academic background to provide comprehensive support to her clients.
