My insurance company refused to acknowledge I had a valid claim and would not compensate me for the major damage to my family room. Edward took over where I failed. My home in Port Charlotte sustained extensive damage from hurricane Ian in September of 2022. I initially worked with All Claims USA public adjusters who provided stellar representation but were unable to secure a settlement with my insurance company, the most notorious bad faith practitioner in FL. All Claims recommended I have an attorney assume responsibility for pursuing the settlement and referred me to Edward Jimenez in March of 2023. From that point until January of 2024 when I received settlement of my claim, Edward worked tirelessly toward a resolution. Even though we had never met face-to-face, I felt comfortable that Edward was always in my corner battling to secure the best possible result on my behalf.
