Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services or termination of representation, subject to court approval when required.

5. Scheduling & Communication

While we strive to handle all matters promptly, court schedules, opposing parties, or unforeseen circumstances may affect timing. We will communicate any significant delays and keep you informed about the status of your case.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

Legal matters are inherently uncertain. While we are committed to zealous advocacy and diligent representation, we cannot guarantee any specific result or outcome in your case.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information related to their legal matter
• Remain responsive to attorney communications
• Attend scheduled meetings, hearings, and court appearances as required
• Make timely payments as agreed

Jimenez Legal is not responsible for adverse case outcomes caused by client delays, omissions, or failure to follow legal advice.

8. Confidentiality & Privilege

All client communications and case details are protected by attorney-client privilege to the fullest extent of the law. We implement strict safeguards to maintain confidentiality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jimenez Legal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
