Edward Jimenez leads the firm’s practice as its founding member. His career focus is consumer advocacy, with an emphasis on representing individuals who suffer by the hands of those of higher standing (corporate status, influence, finances, etc.).
Using aggressive approaches, informed and experienced representation, and outside-the-box solutions, Edward assists Floridians in overcoming the often imbalanced power dynamics between them and their corporate counterparts. He is passionate about getting to know his clients and serving as their trusted legal counselor through their most trying times. For this reason, he welcomes taking even the most difficult meritorious cases that other attorneys may shy away from. Through many years of success in these endeavors, Edward has refined the necessary skills for maximizing client results in any forum – non-litigation resolutions, arbitrations, civil court litigation, mediations, trials, and appeals.
Edward is a life-long Floridian. He attended the University of Miami for a bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy before obtaining his law degree from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. He enjoys frequent engagement in community affairs and local business networking groups.
